About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our team and help us resolve entity resolution issues. Our ideal candidate is someone with at least three years of working experience with Python and worked with PostgreSQL, Git, and Python Web Frameworks previously.

About the project:

Employa (employa.com) is an AI-based recruitment service solution that saves time and money when helping HR professionals hire the best job candidates. This is our in-house project utilizing innovative design and our expertise in ML and AI technologies.

Who are we looking for?

Skills & Experience:

3+ years of programming experience in Python;
PostgreSQL, Git, Python Web Frameworks (FastAPI preferred);
Experience with the Python data science ecosystem (NumPy, pandas, sklearn);
Strong programming skills, familiarity with software development cycles, and a solid understanding of software concepts, including data structures and algorithms.

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience with Apache Kafka;
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms (string processing and matching) and tools (Spacy);
Cloud platforms experience (AWS);
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) experience;
Containers and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) experience.

Responsibilities:

Translate and connect programming concepts to business aspects;
Design and develop customer-facing APIs;
Integrate ML services and models with other parts of the system;
Solve entity resolution problems.
